
Financial Services Representative
We are seeking motivated, coachable, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Financial Services Representatives (FSR). This role is unique, combining the responsibilities of a financial advisor, sales agent, and team builder. You will be trained to educate clients on basic financial principles, recommend appropriate term life insurance and investment products, and recruit and train others to build your own sales organization. This is an independent contractor position with a clear path to leadership and uncapped income potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Education & Financial Analysis:
Conduct confidential financial needs analyses for individuals and families to identify gaps in their financial security.
Educate clients on core financial concepts, including income protection, debt elimination, and wealth building.
- Product Sales & Service:
Recommend and sell appropriate term life insurance, mutual funds, annuities, and other financial products from Primerica's portfolio.
Guide clients through the application process and provide ongoing policyholder service.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews and communication.
- Recruiting & Team Building (Network Marketing):
Prospect, interview, and recruit new representatives to build your own sales team.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to help them obtain licenses and achieve their sales goals.
Lead by example and foster a positive, productive team environment.
- Business Development:
Generate leads for both clients and recruits through personal networking, social media, referrals, and hosting/attending informational meetings.
Manage your own schedule and business activities autonomously.
- Compliance:
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork in compliance with FINRA, SEC, and state insurance regulations.
Uphold the highest ethical standards in all client and recruit interactions.
