As a Remote Union Benefits Representative, you’ll meet virtually with union members and their families (pre-screened, no cold calling), explain benefit options, and assist with enrollments. The more people you help, the more you earn — with first-year averages of $95K–$120K and top performers exceeding $150K+.

What We’re Looking For

Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Professional communication and self-motivation

Full-time commitment (25–40+ hours weekly)

Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection

Lifestyle & Schedule

100% remote with flexible hours

Evenings/weekends can increase client availability
