Luxury Experience Consultant

We are seeking a driven and polished Luxury Experience Consultant to expand and nurture a high-value client portfolio. In this role, you’ll combine your passion for luxury travel and lifestyle with strong sales skills to generate new business, grow repeat clients, and deliver world-class service. From private islands and five-star resorts to bespoke cultural encounters, you’ll position yourself as a trusted advisor for clients who expect exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:

Prospect, engage, and convert new clients seeking luxury travel experiences

Leverage networking, referrals, and marketing tools to build a strong pipeline

Develop personalized, high-end itineraries that align with client goals and budgets

Negotiate with suppliers to secure premium rates, perks, and exclusive access

Manage end-to-end bookings with precision and discretion

Cultivate long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals

Stay informed on industry trends and emerging luxury destinations to remain competitive

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, business development, luxury travel, or hospitality

Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills

Ability to identify opportunities, close sales, and exceed performance goals

Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM systems and online booking platforms

Highly organized, with attention to detail and client confidentiality

Must be authorized to work in at least one of the following countries:
