Management Trainees explore all aspects of the electrical distribution field with a focus on business management, sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Key competencies include:

Each trainee’s development is a combination of mentoring via on-the-job training and supplemented with classroom and online module training. Trainees will visit manufacturing partners, vendors, and participate in many training/networking opportunities.
We are looking for people who thrive in a fast paced and sales-oriented environment with a desire to truly impact the business they work in. Individuals should be self-motivated, sales oriented, geographically flexible, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
We are hiring for positions in the Chicagoland area with the first year location in Elk Grove Village, IL. Candidates must be geographically flexible within the Chicagoland area and NW Indiana. Start dates are available October-June--talk to your recruiter if you have questions.

Note: a 4 year degree (business preferred) is required for this full time position. Strong relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
