Job Description:

The Operations Manager will oversee various functions within the organization, ensuring 
efficient processes and effective team management. This role requires strong leadership 
skills, strategic planning, and a focus on client experience. 


Key Responsibilities: 


• The Operations Manager will organize and lead team meetings, huddles, finance, 
and marketing discussions, while also conducting one-on-one meetings with team 
members to ensure alignment and accountability. 
• In terms of project oversight, the manager will lead projects and delegate tasks 
effectively, ensuring accountability within the team for project deliverables. 
• The role involves the systemization of office processes, which includes developing 
and maintaining processes, checklists, and a procedure manual to streamline 
operations. 
• Establishing an accountability framework is essential, as the manager will set 
accountability measures for the team and legal counsel. 
• Calendar management is another critical responsibility, requiring the manager to 
manage and adjust the calendar based on opportunities and priorities, optimizing 
scheduling to accommodate high-value cases. 
• In cash flow management, the Operations Manager will oversee authority over price 
adjustments, enforce minimum price rules, track average fees per case, and 
manage budgeting and expense analysis, along with handling facility contracting 
and compensation matters. 
• Enhancing client experience is vital, involving the management of client 
expectations and effective dispute resolution, as well as developing scripting for 
client interactions to ensure consistency. 
• The manager will also oversee team management, which includes hiring, firing, and 
professional development initiatives, empowering and motivating team members 
while protecting the company culture and values. Conducting performance reviews 
and training sessions, along with analyzing compensation and benefits to ensure 
competitiveness, are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management. 
• Ability to develop and implement effective processes and systems. 
• Experience in client relationship management and dispute resolution.
