Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty throughout their orthodontic journey.

Customer Care: Demonstrate a genuine concern for clients' well-being, actively listening to their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to ensure a positive and comfortable experience.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest developments in orthodontic treatments and effectively convey this information to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Punctuality and Organization: Maintain a well-organized schedule, ensuring timely follow-ups, appointments, and efficient coordination with the orthodontic team.

Detail Orientation: Pay meticulous attention to client details, treatment plans, and administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Goal Achievement: Set and strive to achieve monthly target goals.

Continual Improvement: Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills, contributing to your success and the success of Pura Vida Orthodontics.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our tight-knit team, embracing change, and contributing positively to the practice's culture.

Qualifications:

• Direct sales experience (2+ years preferred)
• Licensed Dental Assistant (preferred but not required)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Passion for providing high-quality care and service to clients.
• Ability to adapt to changes and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.
