Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of building materials and/or stone products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop lasting relationships with clients. This role involves both in-store customer service and proactive outreach to contractors, designers, and architects.

Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in customers with product selection, quotes, and order processing

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, designers, and architects

Promote and sell building materials, stone products, and custom fabrication services

Prepare accurate quotes and follow up to close sales

Coordinate with fabrication and delivery teams to ensure on-time project completion

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales environment

Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and pricing

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience in building materials, stone, or construction-related products preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to read plans, drawings, or measurements is a plus

Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales goals

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, POS systems)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
