Reservation Support Specialist

You’ll be creating unforgettable travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients around the world. This includes researching and arranging flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, rail travel, resorts, excursions, transfers, and even special events.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and manage exceptional travel itineraries

- Understand clients’ travel needs and preferences

- Maintain certification through training

- Attend webinars for destination expertise

- Represent the brand with enthusiasm

- Collaborate with the team

- Provide budget suggestions

- Develop promotional materials

- Stay updated on industry changes

- Monitor travel restrictions

- Book travel arrangements

- Communicate effectively with clients

- Manage research and client communication efficiently

- Resolve booking or travel issues

- Maintain updated client records

- Network with tour operators

- Participate in FAM trips

Requirements:

- 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US

- Fluent in English

- Strong communication skills

- Smartphone with internet access (laptop recommended)

- Personal travel experience is a plus

- Customer service or hospitality experience is beneficial

- This is a 1099 independent contractor, performance-based opportunity
