Gymnastics Equipment Personnel

GYMNASTICS EQUIPMENT PERSONNEL

 


 

CLOSING DATE: Open Until Filled

PAY RATE: $12.48/Hour

SCHEDULE: This position offers one-hour shifts, with a total of 1-10 hours per week. Multiple shift times are available; employees are not required to work every shift. Applicants will work with their supervisor to determine availability from the following options:

Monday-6:00-7:00 AM

Monday thru Friday- 6:45-7:45 PM

Monday thru Thursday-10:00-11:00 PM

Saturday 7:00-8:00 AM and 11:00 AM-12:00 noon

JOB SUMMARY

 

The Gymnastics Equipment Personnel is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation, setup, and teardown of various gymnastics apparatus and equipment. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail. The ideal candidate is reliable, a team player, and possesses a strong work ethic.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Physical: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to [e.g., 50-100 lbs]) and perform physically demanding tasks for up to an hour.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to setting up equipment to ensure safety and precision. Follow precise instructions and diagrams to correctly assemble and install all gymnastics apparatus for practices, competitions, or special events.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues during setup or teardown.
  • Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Team-Oriented: Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.

  • Schedule: The work schedule may vary and include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Tasks may include:
  • Assist with the cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment as needed.
  • Conduct basic inspections of equipment for any signs of damage or wear and report issues to a supervisor.
  • Help maintain an organized and tidy storage area for all equipment and accessories.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures for lifting, moving, and setting up heavy equipment.
  • Use appropriate tools and lifting aids to prevent injury.


 

Employment in this position is conditional upon passing a pre-employment background and drug test.
