Position: District Porter (Evening)

We are hiring dependable, detail-oriented individuals with a pickup truck to join our Nashville team. This role is ideal for people who enjoy working independently, take pride in their work, and want to earn consistent side income.

What You'll Do

Collect bagged trash and recycling from apartment doorsteps

Transport waste using your open-bed pickup truck to onsite dumpsters or compactors

Keep compactor and chute areas broom-swept clean

Change dog station and common area waste bags

Interact courteously with residents and property staff

Compensation

$175 per shift (Sunday–Thursday)

$125 per shift (Friday & Saturday coverage)

Paid twice monthly (5th & 20th) via direct deposit

W2 employment with CCS

Schedule & Hours

Main hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Sun–Thurs) | 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Fri–Sat)

Shift duration: 4–7 hours depending on route and pace

Must work at least 2 weekends per month

Weekly average: 20–35 hours (additional shifts available for top performers)

Up to 5 shifts per week available

Requirements

Open-bed pickup truck (required – no SUVs or trailers)

Smartphone with active data plan (for route communication)

Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work in all weather conditions

Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional work ethic

Valid bank account for payroll
