Inside Sales Representative

About Us:
The School Avoidance Alliance is a national leader in professional development for K–12 schools, focusing on supporting students who face school avoidance and chronic absenteeism. We equip educators with best practices and evidence-based approaches to re-engage students who may be struggling with anxiety, learning challenges, mental health issues, and school-related factors. Our mission is to ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive in school and in life.

Your Role:
Follow up with warm leads to schools and districts that have already expressed interest in our training. Your goal is to schedule phone appointments with the decision-makers so they can speak directly with our founder about their challenges with absenteeism and explore tailored solutions. Your outreach will contribute directly to our national growth and momentum. This is more than a job; it’s a chance to contribute to a fast-growing, mission-driven organization. We’re driving real change in kids’ lives and in how schools respond to students with diverse needs, challenges, and strengths.

You’ll Receive:

  • A targeted list of prospects
  • A call script to guide conversations
  • $25 for every appointment you secure. No cold calling, all warm leads
