JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

Position Title:    Cook Assistant 

Location:            Huntington, North Fork

Hrs per week:     35

Classification:    Non-Exempt

Salary:                 $17.48 per hour

Position Description: 

• Help to plan varied, nutritious menus and perform other required responsibilities under the supervision of the Cook and the Center Manager.  Assist in ordering food and kitchen supplies.

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Some experience in bulk cooking is required. Must fulfill NY State Health Department requirements.
• Must be willing to transport food as necessary
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
