JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

 

Position Title:  Teacher II 

Location:          Patchogue EHS, North Fork EHS

Hrs per week:   35

Classification:  Non-Exempt

Salary:              $18.98-$21.07 per hour

 

 

Position Description:

  • Assist the Teacher I in all aspects of the program including planning, implementing activities, and evaluating the progress of the children.

 

Requirements:

Minimum:High School Diploma or equivalent with a current Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate credentialing (CDA) with five (5) years’ experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting or a written plan to meet the minimum requirements within two (2) years.

 

  • Preferred: Associate degree in Early Childhood Education with two (2) years’ experience teaching infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.
