ConnectMe Capital has partnered with this fund administrator based in Missouri. This is a great opportunity for someone with early career experience in fund accounting or audit of Funds or REITs who’s ready to take the next step in a dynamic and supportive environment.

🔍 What You'll Do:

• Prepare or review quarterly accounting packages, including partner allocations
• Process general ledger activity for investor-, fund-, and investment-level transactions
• Prepare/review financial statements (US GAAP) and PCAPs
• Ensure waterfalls and management fees are calculated accurately
• Handle investor documentation (subscriptions/redemptions) and follow AML/KYC procedures
• Manage daily cash activity, wires, and bank reconciliations
• Draft investor capital call and distribution notices
• Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor requests
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1–4 years of experience in fund accounting or audit for Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Credit, Venture Capital, or REITs
• Familiarity with waterfalls and fund allocation principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in a deadline-driven environment
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Experience with QuickBooks, Investran, AltaReturn/AllVue, or Black Mountain is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or other certification a plus
