Process Service Coordinator

Summary:

The Process Service Coordinator will assist with the daily tasks of the department providing a high level of care to our clients as well as strengthen relationships with the process servers that we work with.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Schedule process service jobs within our system
  • Assign jobs to servers and clearly communicate expectations and requests/directions
  • Follow-up on jobs with servers and proactively provide status updates regularly to clients, ensuring completion in a timely manner
  • Review documents received are correct and thorough
  • Provide service options to clients as needed
  • Run to the court to file papers, serve documents (sometimes needed), and other courier type tasks as they arise
  • Provide accurate quotes upon request and bill jobs once completed
  • Clearly and respectfully communicate with the team, colleagues, and external contacts, ensuring bases are covered
  • Recruit new servers to our roster
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Provide backup and support to other departments when requested
