Process Service Coordinator
Summary:
The Process Service Coordinator will assist with the daily tasks of the department providing a high level of care to our clients as well as strengthen relationships with the process servers that we work with.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Schedule process service jobs within our system
- Assign jobs to servers and clearly communicate expectations and requests/directions
- Follow-up on jobs with servers and proactively provide status updates regularly to clients, ensuring completion in a timely manner
- Review documents received are correct and thorough
- Provide service options to clients as needed
- Run to the court to file papers, serve documents (sometimes needed), and other courier type tasks as they arise
- Provide accurate quotes upon request and bill jobs once completed
- Clearly and respectfully communicate with the team, colleagues, and external contacts, ensuring bases are covered
- Recruit new servers to our roster
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide backup and support to other departments when requested
