Virtual Sales Representative
As a Virtual Sales Representative, you’ll conduct virtual consultations with clients to explain benefit programs and help them select coverage that fits their needs and budget. This is a fully remote position — no cold calling or door knocking, and all leads are provided.

Conduct Zoom or phone consultations with clients
Educate clients on life insurance and supplemental benefit options
Customize plans to meet client needs and goals
Maintain communication with clients and follow up as needed
Participate in weekly virtual training and team meetings
Qualifications
Excellent communication and people skills
Coachable, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
Comfortable working independently and remotely
Basic computer and Zoom proficiency
Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
No prior insurance experience required — training provided
