Stretch and Mobility Specialist

Coreline is expanding and seeking Stretch and Mobility Specialists to deliver group-led stretch and mobility sessions for high school athletes. All programming is provided by Coreline — your role will focus on leading sessions, ensuring athletes perform movements safely and effectively, and creating an engaging, professional environment. No experience is necessary. Candidates who hold certifications in assisted stretching may also provide one-on-one sessions in addition to group classes, with higher starting pay. This is a contract position for individuals with a background in fitness, athletics, or exercise science who are confident leading groups and giving clear instructions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead group stretch and mobility sessions using Coreline’s provided programs
  • Guide athletes on correct form, posture, and muscle engagement
  • Command presence and provide clear, confident instruction
  • Support athletes in improving flexibility, mobility, and recovery
  • (For certified candidates) Perform one-on-one assisted stretching sessions
  • Maintain professionalism while working within high school athletic departments
  • Provide your own reliable transportation (all equipment is supplied by Coreline)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week
