Distribution Enablement Product Analyst

 

Getting To Know The Opportunity:

This role is a part of our Voya Investment Management Entry Level Program. This program, which will begin in July 2026, is designed to develop the careers of entry level employees and provide you with the unique opportunity to begin your investment career while gaining hands-on experience and on-the-job development and training.

 

The Distribution Enablement team is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Product Analyst. The Product Analyst will have the opportunity to become an expert in Salesforce and expand their knowledge by learning Marketing Cloud and other cutting-edge technologies used by our Enablement team. In this role, they will conduct Salesforce training, manage all BAU Salesforce requests and updates, collect, prioritize and document user requests/requirements, and ensure ongoing alignment to strategic priorities. This role reports to the Head of Distribution Enablement.

 

Responsibilities:

Play a key role in executing the Salesforce strategic plan, collaborating with the IT support team and Salesforce Admins to drive impactful changes and improvements

Participate in scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement

Develop Salesforce communications plan, highlighting new functionality and sharing tips and tricks

Create Salesforce communications and updates and deliver those according to the cadence determined to be appropriate

Identify user needs to define user stories for new functionality or change requests by completing requirements gathering and analysis

Write and organize user stories with clear acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners

Assist with maintaining Salesforce backlog, prioritization and reporting for ongoing enhancements

Maintain close alignment with and continuous collaboration with Salesforce users on an ongoing basis to ensure pull-through of initiatives and functionality

Create engaging training resources, such as job aids and Allego videos, and lead interactive training sessions for new users

Create dashboards to track usage and identify opportunities for additional training

Work closely with a diverse set of teams, including business stakeholders, technology, and marketing, to bring innovative solutions to life

Deepen understanding of Distribution for both Intermediary and Institutional sales teams, as well as product and market landscape

 

Education & Experience:

Applicants should be graduating with an undergraduate degree in December 2025 or spring/summer of 2026

Bachelor's degree required with strong academic record

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Excellent operational and day-to-day project management skills – candidates should be able to operate independently and coordinate, prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Microsoft Excel. Candidates should be comfortable with manipulating large data sets with pivot tables and xlookups

Ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as part of a team

Basic experience in Salesforce CRM is a plus

Basic experience in Seismic or Marketing Cloud is a plus
