Getting To Know The Opportunity:
This role is a part of our Voya Investment Management Entry Level Program. This program, which will begin in July 2026, is designed to develop the careers of entry level employees and provide you with the unique opportunity to begin your investment career while gaining hands-on experience and on-the-job development and training.
Responsibilities:
Manage Timelines for Asset Delivery: Assist in managing key deadlines for delivery of assets to media agency to ensure campaigns launch on time. This includes Content, Digital and Webinar deadlines.
Partner with Design, Digital & Content Teams: Clearly articulate timelines and requirements based on media plan and campaign objectives.
Support Creative Agency Process: Attend status meetings, provide updates to timelines and deliverables when needed.
Manage WorkFront Requests for Advertising Assets: Coordinate with Design and Digital teams using WorkFront, Voya’s online project management tool, to deliver advertising assets on time to publications (i.e. dedicated emails, images for promotion, Voya IM web updates).
Lead Voya IM Compliance Approvals: Manage submission process of advertising assets via AdMaster system. Partner with AGI and ACP compliance teams to review/approve advertising assets when applicable.
Act as Supporting Partner for Marketing Team: Assist in critical marketing team initiatives outside Brand/Advertising as opportunities arise.
Knowledge & Experience:
Applicants should be graduating with an undergraduate degree in December 2025 or spring/summer of 2026.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field.
Knowledge, interest and exposure to investment management preferred.
Strong verbal and written communications skills with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage with many individuals throughout the organization.
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team, in a fast-paced environment.
High levels of ethics, values, and integrity.
