What You’ll Do

As a Land Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll help shape where and how new communities are built. You’ll work closely with our land development and design teams to find, analyze, and support the purchase of new residential properties.

You’ll:

• Research and evaluate potential land opportunities for new homes and communities.
• Conduct market and zoning analysis to assess site potential.
• Assist with feasibility studies, due diligence, and site visits.
• Help prepare proposals and presentations for company leadership.
• Coordinate with brokers, engineers, and local officials to gather site data.
• Track project progress and maintain detailed acquisition records.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (or in final semester) in Real Estate, Business, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related field.

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and organization abilities.
• Interest in real estate, homebuilding, or community development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; GIS or mapping experience is a plus.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
