Corporate Strategy Internship (Summer 2026)

The Corporate Strategy Internship at Robinhood gives students a front-row seat to the strategic decision-making that drives a leading fintech company. As an intern, you’ll partner closely with the Corporate Strategy team to tackle projects in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development. This hands-on experience is designed to offer you a well-rounded understanding of how strategy is shaped and executed in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of business cases for new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the development of long-term strategies.

What you bring

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy is a plus.
