Time Commitment: ~10 hours/week
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Duration: Semester-based or flexible (with option to extend)

Role Overview:

AccessHope is seeking a creative, detail-oriented college intern to support our marketing team with graphic design, media sizing, and social media execution. This role is ideal for a student studying design, marketing, communications, or a related field who wants hands-on experience working with a mission-driven healthcare brand.

You’ll help bring our story to life visually across digital channels—turning ideas and messaging into polished, on-brand assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Visual Assets

  • Create and resize graphics for social media, email, web, and presentations
  • Adapt existing designs into multiple formats and dimensions (e.g., LinkedIn, email headers, one-pagers)
  • Ensure all assets align with AccessHope brand guidelines

Social Media Support

  • Prepare social media graphics and copy for scheduled posting
  • Assist with posting content on platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Help maintain a consistent, professional brand presence

Media & Content Support

  • Resize and optimize images for different digital placements
  • Support light video or visual content needs (e.g., thumbnails, simple edits), if skills allow
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign and content execution

Qualifications:

Required

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university
  • Strong interest in graphic design, social media, or digital marketing
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage deadlines with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:

  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn or other social platforms
  • Basic understanding of B2B or healthcare marketing
  • Interest in mission-driven or healthcare organizations
