Product Management Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to support the Product Management team. This role offers hands-on exposure to physical product development, lifecycle management, and customer-facing execution. The intern will play a key role in maintaining accurate product information, supporting customer requests, and assisting with a variety of cross-functional projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a current college student or recent graduate interested in product management, consumer goods, or operations.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and update product information on retail partner websites
  • Update packaging artwork, labeling, and carton markings in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Support customer service inquiries related to products, item details, and service requests
  • Assist with new item setup, including SKU details, specifications, and system data entry
  • Conduct competitive shop / product research and summarize findings
  • Support planogram (POG) setup and documentation
  • Assist with product and assortment-related reporting and data organization
  • Provide general project support to Product Managers and the Director of Product Management, including ad hoc tasks as needed

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Current college student or recent college graduate
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and basic data analysis
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in product management, consumer products, or retail
  • Available to work 30+ hours per week, 8am-5pm

 

PREFERRED SKILLS, NICE TO HAVE

 

  • Experience with Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams, and similar tools
  • Familiarity with retail, e-commerce platforms, or product data management
  • Previous internship or coursework related to product, marketing, or operations
