Product Management Intern
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to support the Product Management team. This role offers hands-on exposure to physical product development, lifecycle management, and customer-facing execution. The intern will play a key role in maintaining accurate product information, supporting customer requests, and assisting with a variety of cross-functional projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a current college student or recent graduate interested in product management, consumer goods, or operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update product information on retail partner websites
- Update packaging artwork, labeling, and carton markings in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Support customer service inquiries related to products, item details, and service requests
- Assist with new item setup, including SKU details, specifications, and system data entry
- Conduct competitive shop / product research and summarize findings
- Support planogram (POG) setup and documentation
- Assist with product and assortment-related reporting and data organization
- Provide general project support to Product Managers and the Director of Product Management, including ad hoc tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current college student or recent college graduate
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and basic data analysis
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in product management, consumer products, or retail
- Available to work 30+ hours per week, 8am-5pm
PREFERRED SKILLS, NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams, and similar tools
- Familiarity with retail, e-commerce platforms, or product data management
- Previous internship or coursework related to product, marketing, or operations
