Event Sales Designer

Job description:

Event Sales Designer

The Event Sales Designer is responsible for managing Ryan Designs’ event booking process from start to finish. This includes welcoming and responding to new clients from the website, social media, fellow vendors, emails, etc.; setting up meetings and listening to the client’s goals and design requests; providing sound advice that guides our clients towards best practices for successful event execution; create innovative, sophisticated designs with professional proposals and layouts; follow trends so that our looks are fresh and original; ensure contract and payment finalization; communicate any proposal changes to operations & production team.

· Strong administrative skills organized and detail oriented and prepared to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced, high volume, aggressive sales atmosphere.

· Team Player: can work well independently and pivot to assist others within the organization.

· Assist with event on-site installations and breakdowns as needed.

· Gain a full understanding of our installation techniques to become a knowledgeable and experienced event designer.

· Account Management: client, venue & vendor

· Experience with Google & Microsoft applications required

· Canva, Adobe is a plus

· Full-Time Position, Benefits, Phone Stipend, laptop Provided, office space & bonuses available.

· Salary based upon experience
