Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant

•           Data Entry: NetSuite (Invoicing & Billing, Payment Processing, Data Management & Collections & Reporting)

•           Enter purchase orders received via email, verbal instructions, or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) into the system.

•           Prepare and send invoices for sales orders via email or NetSuite to Customers or through EDI.

•           Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their needs.

•           Process credit card payments for sales orders and invoice

•           Provide shipping quotes upon request.

•           Additional Tasks: Assist on monthly sales reports for rep commissions as well as monthly/annual sales tracing reports for Sales Department, 

•           Provide meter readings on the Kyocera printer to Saxon when requested.
