Sales -Commercial Leasing

·        Actively support and participate in upholding Hub’s mission: “To provide quality truck solutions which exceed our customer’s expectations, EVERY DAY!”

·        Predominantly focus in signing full-service leasing contracts.

·        Excel in client presentation, account management, and navigating strategically through a multitude of potential obstacles during a sales cycle.

·        Discover new business prospects through cold-canvass door knocking and phone prospecting.

·        Acquire new commercial lease business (a minimum of 10 new lease accounts per year) utilizing your market knowledge, team support, enthusiasm and confidence.

·        Maintain existing customer contact, and grow revenue through rental and truck sales.

 Requirements:

Hub is seeking the following individual…

 ·        Sales Experience – any industry, but relevant experience is preferred.

·        Is a self-starter, driven to succeed and bring the company with him/her to the next level.

·        Works as an individual, yet, utilizes team support to deliver the top customer experience.

 ·        Enjoys problem-solving: Would be able to analyze customer needs and make recommendations based on industry knowledge and expertise.

·        Is confident, and with training, can develop strong sales presentation and closing skills.

 ·        Possesses a professional and outgoing personality, both face to face and over the telephone.

·        Has experience in CRM systems for customer documentation and account management
