Insurance Account Coordinator

It is a lucrative industry yet often so misunderstood. We provide comprehensive solutions to clientele's portfolios.
This isn't just a "customer service" job—it’s the first step toward becoming a licensed Insurance Professional. We are looking for someone who takes pride in helping others protect what matters most and is eager to eventually obtain their Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health licenses (with our support!).
What You’ll Do
Be the Face of the Agency: Serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients, handling incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
Client Advocacy: Assist with daily account management, including policy changes and general inquiries.
Retention & Growth: Proactively follow up on policy renewals to ensure our clients have the best coverage possible.
Strategic Support: Assist our agents in preparing requotes and comparing options to find the best value for our clients.
