Kingswood US is seeking a motivated In-House Recruiter to join our team in New York City. This full-time, in-office role will focus on identifying, engaging, and recruiting experienced financial advisors to join the Kingswood platform.

The position requires a proactive and professional communicator who is comfortable conducting high-volume outreach and building relationships with senior professionals. The Recruiter will play a key role in expanding Kingswood’s advisor network by sourcing candidates, initiating conversations, and managing the recruitment process

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to experienced financial advisors through phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
• Initiate and manage high-volume cold calling campaigns to introduce Kingswood’s platform and recruiting opportunities.
• Qualify prospective advisor candidates and coordinate introductory meetings with senior leadership.
• Manage the recruiting process from initial outreach through offer stage and onboarding.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and track outreach activity.
• Partner with internal leadership to identify priority recruiting targets and hiring needs.
• Represent Kingswood professionally while building relationships across the wealth management industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance, business, economics, or related fields preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with senior professionals.
• Comfortable conducting outbound calls and initiating conversations with prospective candidates.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach efforts simultaneously.
• Interest in financial services, wealth management, or recruiting.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
