Customer Sales Associate

What You’ll Do as a Customer Sales Associate

  •  Engage with customers in person to introduce Frontier internet and service options
  • Deliver professional customer service while supporting sales conversations
  • Assist customers with account setup, service upgrades, and product questions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Collaborate with your team to meet daily and weekly sales goals
  • Represent Frontier and TV Strategies with integrity and professionalism

As a Customer Sales Associate, you play an important role in supporting customer satisfaction and contributing to the growth of our Rochester market.
