Line Cook or Sous Chef

Line Cooks & Sous Chefs Wanted – Flexible Shifts, Weekly Pay ($18–$22/hr)

Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Bonus: $200 Sign-On Bonus

Snapchef is hiring experienced Line Cooks and Sous Chefs looking for flexible schedules, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to work in top kitchens across the Springfield area. What You’ll Do

Cook on the line in fast-paced commercial kitchens (grill, sauté, breakfast, and more)

Prep and cook menu items to specification

Operate fryers, flat tops, ovens, and grills

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

Step into different kitchens and quickly adapt to each operation

What You’ll Get

$18–$22/hour based on experience

$200 sign-on bonus

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience as a Line Cook or Sous Chef (restaurant, cafeteria, catering, healthcare, etc.)

Reliable transportation within 25 miles of Springfield

Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to step into busy kitchens with confidence
