Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Professional Movers/Drivers to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality moving services for homes, apartments, and businesses, with a strong focus on customer care, safety, and professionalism.
You will work directly with customers to ensure their belongings are handled carefully and their move goes smoothly. Motivated team members have opportunities to grow into a Team Leader position.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on job that requires teamwork and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Carefully wrap, protect, load, and unload furniture and personal belongings
- Safely transport customer items using company moving trucks
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at job sites
- Handle items with care to prevent damage to furniture and property
- Follow instructions from Team Leaders and communicate clearly with crew members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and equipment
- Use proper lifting techniques and follow safety procedures
- Assist with disassembly and reassembly of furniture when needed
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Experience
- Experience in moving, delivery, construction, warehouse, or other physical labor is preferred
- Experience driving box trucks is helpful for driver positions.
- Experience working directly with customers is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy items and stay active throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and reliability are essential! We train motivated individuals
- Customer service experience will be beneficial for interacting professionally with clients during deliveries and moves. Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid driver’s license (for driver applicants)
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check
- Willing to take a drug test
