Cosmetic Teeth Whitening Specialist (Part-Time)

Soft Touch Teeth Whitening is Utah’s highest-rated teeth whitening company, and we’re looking for a confident, friendly team member to join our Orem location.

This is a high-earning, low-hour opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants a flexible schedule with strong pay.

What You’ll Do

• Perform professional cosmetic teeth whitening treatments
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Educate clients on whitening options and aftercare
• Recommend memberships and products when appropriate
• Complete basic daily tasks (notes, photos, follow-ups)
• Connect with clients and brand ambassadors

No dental experience is required. We provide paid training and certification.

Schedule Requirement

Please only apply if you can consistently commit to the following schedule.

This is an appointment based schedule which means you only have to be at work when there are appointments booked during these schedule hours below:

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Every other Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Appointments vary, but you must be available during the full shift window.

Pay Structure

Base pay: $12–$15/hour (based on experience)

Additional earnings include:

• Tips (over 90% of clients tip)
• $25 per personal discount code redemption
• $10 per monthly membership sold
• $50 per yearly membership sold
• $10 per brand ambassador booked
• $2.50 per product sold
• 10% commission on gift card sales

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• 1+ year customer service experience
• Sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable using social media professionally
