Position Summary

As a core part of our sales team, the Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in driving the mission forward — supporting the end-to-end coordination of sales activities that connect businesses and communities to the growing electric vehicle movement. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and prepare sales proposals, quotes, and supporting documentation for EV charging solutions and sustainability-focused projects
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team throughout the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through project handoff
  • Track sales activities, project progress, and internal follow-ups to ensure timelines are met and clients are set up for a seamless transition to cleaner energy
  • Maintain well-organized digital records, files, and sales reports that support data-driven decision making
  • Coordinate internal schedules, meetings, and task handoffs between sales, operations, and project teams to keep EV charging installations on track
  • Assist with ongoing process improvements that strengthen our ability to deliver sustainable solutions efficiently and accurately

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent our mission and values professionally
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities suited to managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in document creation, file management, and general computer applications
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and aligned with a team culture rooted in sustainability and forward thinking
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment
  • Sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles preferred — ideally within clean energy, construction, or technology sectors
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools
  • Genuine passion for electric vehicles, EV infrastructure, and the broader movement toward a sustainable future
