You will assist in creating and sending email campaigns, organizing email lists, and tracking campaign results. You don’t need prior experience in email marketing, but we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and can follow instructions carefully.
Key Responsibilities:
Create Email Campaigns: Help design and write email templates for newsletters, promotions, and updates.
Manage Email Lists: Organize email contacts into different groups (like people who’ve bought from us or those who haven’t opened emails recently).
Schedule Emails: Assist in scheduling when emails get sent out to ensure they reach customers at the best time.
Track Results: Help monitor the success of email campaigns by looking at open rates and clicks and report the results.
Content Help: Gather content for emails like blog posts, images, or offers, and help organize it to make the emails look great.
Test Emails: Run small tests to see which subject lines or content perform best in emails.
What We Are Looking For:
Basic Writing Skills: You should be able to write clear and simple emails.
Attention to Detail: You’ll be working with email lists and scheduling, so it’s important that you check everything carefully to avoid mistakes.
Willingness to Learn: You don’t need to know everything about email marketing, but you should be excited to learn.
Basic Computer Skills: You need to be comfortable using email software (like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.) and doing basic tasks like editing and formatting.
Organizational Skills: Help keep email lists and tasks organized.
Creativity (Bonus!): If you have a creative side, we’d love your help with designing or coming up with ideas for email content.
