Expert Witness CEO Assistant

Navesink International is the leading expert witness company for financial markets. We testify in courts to explain complicated matters related to trading, investment, hedge funds, etc. 

All our experts are senior industry professionals, most of them traders, portfolio managers, CIOs, CROs or General Counsels. All have decades of expertise and are uniquely talented.

The company is growing; I need help managing a variety of different topics:

Create bio/resumes for the experts. This is more difficult than it sounds. Their level of experience makes the topics and matters difficult to understand and differentiate for non-market participants. Accuracy is critical, as the documents will be scrutinized. The Word templates are annoying. 

Manage the WordPress website, including content creation, profile management, and SEO optimization.

Work on GPT to facilitate introductions and write-ups. Experts never use LLMs for their reports, but I do for the day-to-day management and content creation. Right now, I'd like to migrate away from OpenAI.

Your background and skills.

• Reading between the lines is part of working with senior individuals and legal issues. You must be an English native to do that. French appreciated.
• You have demonstrated interest and knowledge in financial markets. You have a proper understanding of asset classes, metrics, Snarpe, tranches, counterparty risks, primes, hedge funds, arbitrage, term structure… Acronyms like SBL, CBs, FX, PL, Gamma are not a difficulty.
• You have an interest in the law. Dismissals, summary judgments, depositions, testimonies, securities fraud… 
• Matters are confidential and high-stakes. We are highly ethical. You must be beyond reproach and have high integrity, as well.
• You are in the American or European time zones. We may have to go back and forth on complicated issues. Working overnight makes it impossible.
• If you are demonstrating competence and skills, and the cases require it, you could also participate in case analysis.  

There are more things to do right now, our clients deserve fast answers, but there will be periods of silence. The requests will be irregular. It is a long-term game.
