Part-Time Sales Assistant

Part-Time Sales Assistant & Gift Consultant. 

 

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Assistant to support our sales team. This role focuses on sales operations, client support, and order coordination rather than outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and order summaries

Manage incoming inquiries and help route leads to the appropriate sales representative

Assist with client communication and follow-ups

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment

Maintain and update CRM records and customer data

Track sales activities, orders, and pipeline updates

Help source products and gather pricing from vendors when needed

Assist with preparing presentation materials or gifting recommendations

Ensure timely responses to clients and maintain high service standards

 

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

High attention to detail

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM systems

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

 

Additional Skills (preferred, not required)

Experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, or e-commerce

Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Experience coordinating orders, vendors, or logistics
