Veterinary Technician (Full-Time)
We are a busy, progressive small animal veterinary practice located in beautiful Jackson, Wyoming, seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of clinical veterinary technician experience and/or is a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT). We are looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional patient care while working collaboratively with our veterinary team.
Position Details

- Participation in an on-call emergency rotation, including some weekday evenings and weekends. On call shifts end at 10 pm.
Required Skills
Candidates should be proficient in, or demonstrate the ability to perform, the following:
- Venipuncture and blood sample collection
- Intravenous (IV) catheter placement
- Safe and effective animal restraint
- Anesthesia monitoring
- Animal husbandry and patient care
- Accurate drug dosage calculations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail
