Are you passionate about creating new food products and bringing innovative ideas to life? We are partnering with a well-established food manufacturer seeking a Food Research & Development Supervisor to lead exciting product development projects from concept through commercial production. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced food industry professional looking to grow their leadership career while working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative manufacturing environment. 

What You'll Do 

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Research & Development team. 
• Manage new product development projects from concept to commercial launch. 
• Develop and improve food formulations, ingredients, and manufacturing processes. 
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations. 
• Ensure products comply with food safety, quality, labeling, and regulatory requirements. 
• Drive product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. 

What We're Looking For 

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field. 
• Experience in food product development, food manufacturing, or Research & Development. 
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. 
• Strong understanding of food formulation, ingredients, and manufacturing processes. 
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. 
• Passion for developing innovative food products. 

Compensation & Benefits
