Riverview Feeders has an exciting opportunity for Cowboy to join their new Feedlot in Bertrand, Nebraska. The cowboy must be skilled with cattle, a team player and a good communicator.  

Cowboy Compensation & Benefits: 

  • $19-21 per hour, based on experience 
  • House provided 
  • Health Insurance Stipend 
  • Paid time off
  • ½ Beef 
  • Pick up 

Cowboy Job Duties: 

  • Riding pens, pulling sick cattle and treating
  • Operate feed truck, pay loaders, tractors, skid loader and other equipment as needed
  • Perform pen maintenance 
  • Assist with shipping cattle  
  • Assist with processing 
  • Schedule maintenance on feedlot and repairs on equipment, assist when available 

Schedule: 

  • Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Rotating weekends for chores 

The Cowboy must have an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR.
