Position Summary: 

Join our team as a Membership Sales Consultant and be the catalyst for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You'll focus on enriching our community by connecting individuals with the numerous benefits of 88 Tactical membership, providing facility tours, and ensuring that every visit is an exceptional experience. You may also have the opportunity to engage with our community through networking and trade show events. 

Responsibilities: 

·      Exceed sales targets by cultivating leads through prospecting, networking, and member referrals. 

·      Be the go-to contact for our valued 88 Tactical members, ensuring their needs are met. 

·      Inform customers and prospective members about our diverse membership options and their associated advantages. 

·      Capitalize on existing and new relationships to maximize member referrals. 

·      Collaborate in meetings to devise strategies and discuss our membership objectives. 

·      Extend a warm welcome to both current and potential members as they enter our facility. 

·      Develop genuine relationships with customers and existing members, making them feel valued. 

·      Act as the initial point of contact, guiding, and educating prospective members during their facility tours. 

·      Consistently follow up on leads to secure membership sales. 

·      Utilize waiver and survey data to identify potential leads. 

·      Support our operations staff with customer check-ins and check-outs, class registrations, and safety waiver processing. 

·      Assist with special events and assume closing duties during night shifts. 

Qualifications: 

·      Proven track record of successful sales experience. 

·      Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

·      Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities for effective deal closure. 

·      Adaptability to work under pressure and devise winning sales strategies. 

·      Passion for sales and a commitment to meeting customer needs. 

·      Resilience and the ability to handle rejection gracefully. 

Weekend availability required

Compensation: 

·      Hourly or salary wage plus competitive commission based on experience.
