Sales Coordinator - King of Prussia, PA

In this role, you'll be assisting the Sales team and helping to keep them organized and functioning smoothly! This will include many things, including helping with tech questions, coordinating communications, tracking goal sheets, and scheduling meetings.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

  • Maintain schedules for sales team and coordinate any travel required for business purposes.
  • Manage expenses for local sales team.
  • Coordinate emails to customers.
  • Run various reports as requested.
  • Assist with all project consultant technology questions (iPads, various systems).
  • May include some overlap in assisting the General Manager with special projects and events.

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON

  • Experience with technology (Apple OS a plus)
  • MS Office experience - Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Initiative to get the job done
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle many things simultaneously
