The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience.

Associate Analyst, Marketing, Launch 2025 - Boston, MA:
The Global B2B Marketing Operations is hiring a launcher to support the development of our core functional areas. The role will provide hands-on experience in marketing operations, data management and campaign reporting. The ideal candidate possesses an eagerness to explore marketing operations.

All about you:
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or accelerated master’s degree program graduating between Winter 2024 - Spring 2025. Bachelor's degree in business administration, concentration in marketing is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude 
• Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills 
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience and Skills needed: 
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify patterns
• Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Presentation Skills: Strong skills in creating and delivering presentations
