Job Title: Senior Accounting & Finance Manager (7+ Years Experience, CPA Preferred, IPO Experience Required)

About Us:
Enchem is one of the largest manufacturers of electrolytes for electric vehicle (EV) batteries. As a key player in the EV battery supply chain, we are rapidly growing and preparing for an initial public offering (IPO). We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accounting & Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and help guide us through this pivotal stage. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both accounting and finance, with proven IPO experience. A CPA certification is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting:

  • Oversee and manage financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations.
  • Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax reporting.
  • Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, including SOX, and maintain strong internal controls.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, and handle IPO-related filings (e.g., S-1 forms) in collaboration with auditors and legal teams.
  • Lead the preparation of all IPO-related financial documentation and audits.

Finance:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with company goals, particularly in preparation for the IPO.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, and oversee cash flow management and capital structure planning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial models and strategies to support business growth post-IPO.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with investment banks, auditors, and legal teams during the IPO process.
  • Lead post-IPO investor relations, financial analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA highly preferred).
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and finance, with proven experience leading a company through an IPO.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and IPO-related regulations.
  • Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven track record in both accounting and finance, with significant experience in IPO processes.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with IFRS is a plus.
  • Strong ability to lead and work cross-functionally with various teams.
