Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced tutors to provide one-on-one virtual tutoring in various college subjects, including Math, Science, Writing, and Test Preparation for a new virtual tutoring company. As a tutor with Leaders for Learning LLC, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and work remotely. Our revenue-sharing model ensures your compensation is directly tied to the success and satisfaction of your students.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct online tutoring sessions in subjects such as Math, Science, English, and Test Preparation (SAT, ACT, GRE, etc.).
• Develop personalized lesson plans and study materials.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with students to ensure a positive learning experience.
• Maintain an up-to-date Google calendar.
• Be available to tutor at least 15 hours per week or 60 hours per month.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a college/university with a strong academic record.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with online platforms such as Zoom, Google Drive, Microsoft Word.

Compensation: This position is based on a revenue-sharing model. Tutors receive a percentage of the revenue generated from their sessions. The more students you tutor and the more successful your sessions, the higher your earnings.
