Your Role as Superintendent:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Lead the day-to-day on-site activities for multiple projects, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
• Project Scheduling: Develop and implement project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met on time.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with clients, architects, and vendors, driving future business and supporting Weis Builders' continuous growth.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and direct on-site personnel and subcontractors, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct training sessions, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, working closely with project managers to mitigate financial risks.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing regular project updates and addressing any challenges.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of construction management or supervision experience, preferably in multifamily projects.
• Proven Success: A track record of managing residential, commercial, or industrial projects to successful completion.
• Leadership Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with construction management software and MS Office Suite.
• Safety Certification: OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).

Working Conditions:

• Primarily on-site, with exposure to various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials as needed.
