Clinical Supervisor- LPC
Momentum Counseling and Consulting seeks to help clients reach their fullest potential at home, work, school, and community. We are dedicated to building a team with this level of impact.
We know finding a job is daunting, but finding the right team can seem impossible. Momentum Counseling and Consulting is committed to a healthy team culture, assessing and improving how we support our team and decreasing the administrative burden many mental health professionals fall under. Why? If we want to help others, it starts with you.
To be successful as a mental health professional, you need help. Here’s how we come alongside you:
Administrative Support: This way, your team of supervisees will have more time for their clients, friends, and family.
Marketing & Advertising Support: Because you and your team of supervisees entered our profession to provide mental health services, not develop marketing campaigns to attract clients.
Billing Support: Working with third-party payers is really challenging, and we want to simplify the process for your team of supervisees.
Growth and Professional Development: Let’s be honest: when you become better, our entire team becomes better.
Clinical Support: Isolation can lead to burnout. With us, you’re not alone.
Flexibility & Autonomy: Because you’re trying to balance being a professional and a mom/dad/friend/partner…you get the picture.
Environment: The truth is, we are growing quickly, and there is a reason for our growth. We are committed to creating the environment you need to flourish, regardless of our size.
Compensation: You are quickly compensated for all clinical services rendered, regardless of how long it takes for a third-party payer to render reimbursement.
Wellness: As your employer, we want to support your and your loved ones' pursuit of mental and physical wellness.
