Office Admin: 

  • Bilingual (English and Chinese) speaking required
  • Answer customer phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries
  • Perform insurance endorsements and changes as requested by the customers. 
  • Attend marketing and promotional events when need
  • Perform office admin work as needed
  • Must be detail-oriented and willing to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
