Project Manager and Personal Assistant to CEO
ADG, a leading innovation and design consultancy, is seeking an intern to join ADG in a Project Manager and Assistant to CEO Role. This internship will run from January for 3-5 months, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, provide executive assistance, and gain valuable experience in the consulting and tech industry.

Your Role:
- Strategic Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on various topics, including industry trends, market landscapes, and potential partnerships or collaborations.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling content, such as pitch decks, proposals, and outreach materials, aligning with ADG's vision and strategic objectives.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Identify and engage with potential connections, facilitating introductions and conversations through well-crafted outreach messages.
- Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Executive Assistance: Provide ad-hoc support to the CEO, assisting with various tasks and responsibilities as requested.
Your Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data, industry reports, and competitor information to inform strategic decision-making.
- Content Development: Develop persuasive and engaging content, such as executive summaries, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
- Outreach and Engagement: Utilize professional networks and platforms to identify and connect with relevant individuals or organizations, initiating conversations through targeted outreach efforts.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring efficient collaboration and seamless execution.
- Strategic Support: Contribute fresh perspectives and ideas to support the CEO's strategic initiatives, leveraging your unique insights and creativity.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist the CEO with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Working Environment:
San Francisco Bay Area preferred working with CEO in-person in downtown SF. Remote internship with the flexibility to work from anywhere in North America also a possibility.
San Francisco based intern will receive WeWork pass for duration of the internship
Collaboration with the CEO and other team members.
Compensation:
$20/hr
Expected workload is 6-12 hr/week
