The Business Analyst provides general reporting and analytical support for the department. As the Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and tracking key statistical information and performance metrics, preparing various reporting views, organizing and presenting data to management, and performing query functions for ad-hoc reporting requests and gathering requirements for new reporting.
The Business Analyst will:
- Monitor and send recurring reporting for key statistical information and performance metrics
- Initiate creative new reporting formats and views
- Interpret ad-hoc data requests and conduct applicable queries to obtain desired results
- Provide analytical support to senior analysts and manager
- Support with the development of individual department reports detailing key performance
indicators (KPI) - Develop interim business tools to allow for a level of efficiency
- Develop and track key statistical information, key performance metrics for internal groups
and external clients - Develop interim automated solutions to assist various departments
- Develop exception reporting, and creating audit routines
- Manage a broad variety of departmental operations and administrative activities including
special projects, strategic planning process and initiatives, and conducting data integrity,
compliance, and operational efficiency analysis and reporting - Perform other related duties as required and assigned

What You’ll Bring:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Light to moderate skills with SQL database and Snowflake
- Moderate skills with MS Office, including Excel & Powerpoint
- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
