BOH manager

Must be manager food handler's certified 
Must be able to speak English and Spanish

Responsibilites:
- Placing staff in various positions during slow times and rushes
- Ordering correctly to minimize waste
- Communicating accurately with owner and manager
- Running the line efficiently
- Making sure everyone is following food safety rules
